Whereas, the City Engineer has this day filed in the office of the city
clerk, a plat , plan, specifications and estimates for the construction of
sewer along the following described streetsin the citc-77 of Waterloo , Iowa,
to—wit :
On West Fourth street from the,
southwesterly, line of Washington
street to the northeasterly line of
'South street to be 12 inches in diam•
eter.
On Oak Lawn avenue from Well-
ington street to the north line of
Mullan avenue to be 10 inches in di-
,ameter.
I On Forest avenue from Dry Run
'sewer to 108 feet east of the east
line of West Sixth street

sewer to Seventh street;-and to be 8 e\fx- A‘n e,
inches in diameter from Seventh
street to 108 feet east of the east,
line of West Sixth street.
Whereas , said council has examined said plat , plan, specifications and
estimates, now, therefore
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
plat , plan, specifications and estilates filed as aforesaid be and the same
is hereby approved and said iml:rovements are hereby ordered made in accordance
therewith.
