day a resolution ordering the construction of sewer along the following describel
streets in the city of 7aterloo, Iowa, to-wit :
On West Fourth street,from the
southwesterly line of. Washington
street to the northeOsterly line of,
South street to be 12 inches in diam•
eter.
On Oak Lawn avenue from Well-
ington street to the north line of;
Mullan avenue to be 10 inches in di-
ameter.
On Forest avenue from Dry Run
sewer to 108 feet east of the east
line of West Sixth street to =to-111—
inches- in—dianaeter—trona Dry Run
sewer to Seventh street;-and to be 8 b \ r c.4 I
inches in diameter from Seventh,
street to 108 feet east of the east;
line of West Sixth street.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the city council of the city of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the construction of said sewers be and the same are
hereby ordered.
And be it further resolvea, that the construction of said sewers are
ordered upon motion of the city council without petition therefor by abutting
property owners. Said work to be commenced not later than .1S 0
