That Cr e bid of C\LV to.N\L ov\ y c.t o‘A Ltae day received ,
opened and read for the construction of sewer on portions of West Fourth,
Oak Lawn and Forest avenue in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be and he is hereby directed
to prepare contracts for the doing of said work and the mayor and city clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the city.
