Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the work of the .lack hawk Construction Company, on their contract
of September I4th, I9I4, for the construction of sewers on portions of
Forest avenue, Oak Lawn avenue and West Fourth street, in the city of
Waterloo , Iowa, be and the same are hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and no is hereby directed
to publish and post notices as required by law, and that tne plat , senedule
alld report nave been filed by the city engineer, as regi fired by law, showing
tne cost of constructing said sewers on the streets as set forth in said
contract and showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot
or parcel of ground abutting said described streets. Said notice to be
published in the Daily newspapers of tne city of Waterloo, Iowa.
