That tne work of tne Dearborn Construction Company on tneir contract of
July R 1914, for the construction of sewers on portions of Reed, Riley,
Mulberry, Derbsnire Road, Cedar River Park and various °tiler streets in
the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same arehereoy accepted.
Be it furtner resolved tnau the city clerk be and ne is hereby directed
to puolisn and post notices as required by law; tnat tne plat, scneduie and
report have been filed by the city engineer as required by law, snowing the
cost of constructin said sewer on tne streets as set forth in said contract
and snowing tne cost and expense to be assessed aginst eacu lot or parcel
