Be it esolved by the citn council of the cit- of neterloo, Iowa:
That whereas, the city enrineer has prepared and riled in the office of the
citn clerk, a plat, scnedule and report snowing the amount ot cost of improve-
ment to be acsessed against each lot or parcel of ground o -1 the portions of
the streets shown by said plat, schedule En:, report erderod improved by this
council to-wit :
