That whereas, the city engineer has prepared and filed in tne office of the
city clerk, -plats , scnedules and rppra is snowing the amount of cost of improve-
ment to be assessed against each lot or parcel of ground on tree portions of
the streets as shown by said plats, schedules and reports ortered improved by
this council, to—wit :
