City clerk plats , schedules and reports showinr the amount cif: cost of Jeepreve

Constructing sewers on elm street from Layette street to Independence avenup.
Independence avenue from Elm sereet to Cherry street.
East iTinth street from Mulberry street to the Cedar river.
Whereas the city has caused due notice of the special assessment for the
cost of said ielprovee-ets to be published as provided, by law, and.
Whereas, the city coimeil has inspected the aforesaid plats, scnedules and
reports as filed by the city onineer and lis• inspected- each lot or parcel of
ground abuttina and adjacent to s: id stre ts and.
Thereas, the cit-ey council finds in every instance the amount set forth In
said plats, scnedules and reports as assessed against each. lot or parcel of
