Iewa, hereinafter named, now, therefore,
13e it resolved by the city council of the city of atcrloo, Iowa,
that it. will consider the folloeins proposed resolution of necessity at
meetina of the city council to be held on the 24te day of May, 1915,
at 7:30 otclook p.m, at the council chamber in the city of Waterloo, Iowa
and the city clerk ia hereby directed to give twenty (BO) days notice
thereof in aocordanoe with the law and ordinances governina game. Said
resolution of necessity being as follows, to-wit:
Be it resolved by the city council of thecity of Waterloo, Iowa, that the
edvizability and necessity of constructing cement sidewalks alone the
folloeine described streets in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
declared and directed:
