resoltuion appropriating money for the payments of bills against the City Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa: That all bills hereinafter described be and the same are hereby allowed and the mayor and city clerk are hereby directed to issue city warrants against the various funds as hereinafter designated for the amount set opposite the respective names of each.
