The date- for opening said bids and proposals to be on the \ a day of \ff , I9I5, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. That said improve— ments shall be paid for when the work is completed and accepted by the city council by the issuance of certificates to the contractor for the amount thereof against a fund to be derived from a tax to be levied under Sections 779 and 84I of the Code, as amended by Chapter 30 of the acts and resolutions of the Thirtieth General Assembly. The right li reserved by the city to deduct frcm said list any of said walks before the contract is let for the construction thereof. The city also reserves the right to reject any and all bill.
