in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be and he is hereby
directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said work, and the üiayor nd
cit: clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf
of the city.
