Be it resolved by the city counc .l of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the work of John Nelson on their contract cf September Ig,
1915, for the constr otj rn of sewer on West Third and Denver streets,
in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is
hereby directed to publish and post notices as required by law; that
the plat, schedule and report have been filed by the city engineer
as required by law, showing the cost of construcling said sewer on the
streets as set forth in said contract and showing the cost tnd expense
to be assessed against each lot or parcel of ground abutting said

published in the daily newspapers of the city of Waterloo, Iowa.
