Be it resolved by the city council of the oity of Waterloo, Iowa:
That whereas, the city engineer has prepared and filed in the office of
the City Clerka a plat, sdhedule and report showing the amount of cost of
improvement to be assessed against each lot or parcel of ground on the portions
of the atreets shown by said plat, schedule and report ordered improved by this
council, to—wit:
COnstrudting sewers on 7est Third street, from Randolph street to 60- feet
nertheast or Wellinton street.
On Denver street, from Bert avenue to Forest avenue.
Whereas, the city has caused due notice of the special asseasment for the
cost of said improvements to be published as provided by law, and
Whereas, the city council has inspected the aforesaid plat, schedule and
report as filed by the city engineer, and has inspected each lot or parcel Of
ground fronting said streets, and
Whereas, the city council finds in every inetnce the amount set forth in
said plat, schedule and report as assessed ,.:.ainet each lot or parcel of ground
fronting and abutting said streets so improved, is in proportion to the special
benefits con:CIS-Wei on said property by reason of said street improvements as
shown b, the schedule hereto annexed and made a part hereof ad in no instance
dose the city council find the amount in excess of said benefits as shown by
said schedule and finds that the assessment does not exceed 25% of the value of
any of said property at the time of this levy, and
Whereas, objections to the making of said assessment have been made by the
owners of said property and #### have been duly considered, by the city council,
now, therefore

Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that there
be and there is hereby assess ed and levied against the respective lots amd parcels
of ground abuttin • said deseribed streets, as shown by said plat and schedule
hereto annexed and made a part hereof the amount set Opposite ech lot or parcel
of ground as shown by said plat, schedule and report on said above described
streets.
