Be it resolved by the city council of the City of Waterloo, Iow , That
the matter be referred to the Ordinance committee of this council, the
city attorney and city engineer, with instructions to report at the
next regular meeti n of the city council, giving a written report of
its findings, together with such recommendations as they may deem for
the best interests of the of ty.
