Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the City poll tax assessed against F. H. Winslow for the
years 1912, 1913 and 1914 and John J. Roberts for the year 1915, be and
the same are hereby on account of physical disability of the
abbve named parties,
