RESOLUTION ITO.
.BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUITCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That, whereas it is deemed necessary to vacate all of that
portion of Home Park Addition south of Campbell Avenue and between Camp-
,
bell :_venue arid. west Fourth Street, which includes Blocks thirteen, fourteen
and fifteen and the streets and alleys within and along this area, for the )
purpose of allowing the Home Park Land and investment Company,the sole
owner, to re-plat this vortion of the said addition.
TIOU, TREREFOTE, BE IT =SOLVED, That the City clerk is
hereby instructed and ordered tip publish a notice to that effect in
accordance with the ordinance of the City of waterloo, lo-7a, governing
the same.
