Be It Resolved By The Cly Council Of The City Of Of W!,terloc,Iowa:
That the Committee on Police and Public Buildings together
with the Chief of Police and the Clerk of the Police Court' are
hereby instructed to prepare,secure and install a systom of records,
receipts,and dockets covering the conducting of all carer and the
handling of all funds and property received by and hamiled by
members of the Police Department and Police Court in the City of
Waterloo,Iowa.
