Ordering Water,Sewer And Gas Connections On Certain
Streets And Parts Of Streets.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa:
That all persons owing property abutting on the: following named
streets,towit:
Sycamore street from East Seventh street to East Park Avenue,

Be,and they are hereby ordered and directed to lay and construct
all sewer, ter and gas connections from the respective mains to the
curb line in front of property owned by them,so that there shall be
at least one water,sewer and gas connection for each parcel of ground
or lot abutting on the above named streets and parts of streets,said
connections to be completed within twenty days after said property
cowners are notified by the city engineer.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to cause notice to be served
upon said property owners or the requirements of this resolution as
by ordinance provided.
In case any property owner fails to make this connection required
by this resolution within the time specified,the City Engineer is
hereby directed to make such connections and report the cost thereof
