Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the work of A. G. Picken, on his contract of :.September, 13,>.;915
for the construction of sidewalks on Wellington, Sullivan, Moir, Hawthorne
avenues in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the s.:xoe are hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed
to publish and post notices as required by law, that the plat, schedule and
report have been filed by the City Engineer as required by law, showing the
cost of constructing said improvement on the streets as set forth in said
contract and showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot .
or parcel of ground abutting on said described streets. Said notice to
be published in the Waterloo DailyCourier and Reporter. and Waterloo Times—
Tribune.
