opened and read for the construction of sidewalks on portions of BlackHawk„
Fourteenth, Glendale, Colorado, Polk, and various other sfreets in the city
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be ard he is hereby
directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said work and the mayor
and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same in
behalf of the city.
