RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE RATH
AREA URBAN RENEWAL AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
ADOPTED JUNE 14, 2008, TO ALLOW Si
CONSTRUCTION TO CONSTRUCT A COMMERCIAL
BUILDING WITH A MINIMUM ASSESSMENT OF
$240,000.00 ONTO LAND PURCHSED FROM THE CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Rath Area Urban Renewal and
Redevelopment Plan adopted June 14, 2008, to allow SJ
Construction to construct a commercial building with a minimum
assessment of $240,000.00 onto land purchased from the City, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2013.
