Whereas, the City Engineer has this d4ay filed in the office of the
city clerk a plat, plan, specifications and estimates, for the construction
' of sewer along the following described streets in the city of Waterloo,'
Iowa, to—Nit:
Fletcher avenue from Third street to Reber avenue to be lainches in diamet,
Reber avenue from Fletcher to Euclid avenues to be 10 inches in diameter.
Kern street from Burton to Avon avenues to be 10 inches in diameter.
Archer avenue from Nevada street to State street to be 10 inches in diamete]
Whereas, said Council has examined said plat, plan, specifications and
estimates now, therefore
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, that
the plat, plan, specifications and estimatec filed as aforeaaid be and the
same is hereby approved and said improvements are hereb: ordered made in
accordance therewith.
