day a resolution ordering the construction of sewer along the following
described streets in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, to—wit:
Fletcher avenue from Third street to Reber avenue to he le inches in diametE
Reber avenue from Fletcher to Euclid avenues to be 10 inches in diameter.
Kern street from Burton to Avon avenues to be 10 inches in diameter.
Archer avenue from Nevada streetto State street to be 10 inches in diameter.
Now, therefore be it resolved by the city council of the city of Wateric
Iowa, that the construction of sewers be and the same are hereby ordered.
And be it further resolved, that the construction of said sewers are
ordered upon motion- of the city council'without petition therefor by
abutting property owners. Said work to be commenced not later than
, 1916 and completed not later than
