vacate Aokermant Street from the Southerly line of
Litchfield Avenue to the Northerly line of the right
of way of the Waterloo, Cedar Balls & Northern-Rai l=
way Company's Belt Line, and also the alley in Block
One, (1), all in Litchfield's First Addition to the
city of Waterloo, Black Hawk. County, Iowa,

the City Council: of the city. of Waterloo, Iowa-4A4at
the city clerk be, and he is hereby direotecc° °off tt. se
to be publi shed in the- official papers of tber_city,
a notice of hearing as to whether said street and: '- r
alley shall be vaeater or not, and requf a ,�. b'n� y>,
interested therein to appear before the city council
and show cause, if any they have, why said named street
and alley should not be vacated.
Said hearing on the vacation of said
street and alley is fixed at the Council Chambers in
the City Hall at eight o'clock P.M. on the llth day
of September, .1916.
