De It Resolved By The City Council Of The City Of Waterloo,Iowa:-
That, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a certain tit: hereto attached and
made apart hereof,in which agreement the city, of Wat erlo o,Iowa,
for anti in consideration of permission from the Waterloo,Cedar
Falls & Not kern Railway Company to construct and maintain a aer-
t;t in 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer on and along said railway com-
pany' s right of way from the intersection of Miles and McKinley
s tre st s to Falls Avenue,agree s to do said work in a workmanlike
manner,to leave the property of said railway company in as good
condition as found,and to comply with all other terms and condi-
tions as set forth in said agreement.
