received, opened and read for the con tructicn of sewer on portions of
Fletcher, Reber, Kern and Archer •avenue in the city] of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it fu-= her resolved that the city attorney_ be and he is hereby
directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said work and the ma:Tor
and city clerk are hereby authorize, and directed to execute the same
in behalf of the city.
