Whereas , the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa, has this day
passed a resolution ordering the construction of sewer along the following

described streets in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, to wit:
On Smith street from Lane street to Cherry street to be 10 inches in diameter.

Now, therefore be it resolved by the city council of the city of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the construction of sewers be and the same are hereby
ordered.
And be it further resolved, that the construction of said s e,wers are
ordered upon motion of the city council without petition therefor by abutting
property owners . Said work to be com enced not later than '1`\ b\I _06-1, 1414r.
