That the bid of the Moore—Sieg Construction Company, this day AtarittmwsilL
opened and read for the construction of paving between the rails and one foot
outside thereof on various intersections of the Chicago Great Western Railway
Company; the Illinois Central Railway Company; the Chicago, Rock Island &
Pe.oific Railway Company and the Waterloo, Cedar Falls & Northern Railway Company
in the city of Watexioo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby accepted, as to the
folio:vine; crossings enumerated in and included in said proposal, viz
At the intersection of Independence and Linden avenue; East Fourth street
between Dane and Sumner streets; at the intersection of East Fourth and. Water
streets; at the intersection of Franklin street between, East Sixth and East
Seventh streets; at the intersection of West Fourth and Bluff streets; at the
intersection of West Park avenue and Bluff street; On Mullan avenue between
Jefferson and Washington streets; at me intersection of Mullan avenue and
Cedar street; now, therefore
Be it further recolved, that the city attorney be and he is hereby
directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said work and t-le mayor and
city clerk are hereby authorized and, directed to execute the same in behalf
of the eity.
