Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the bid of - ~ this day
received, opened and read for the cons ruction of sewer on portions of
Smith street from Lane street to Cherry street, in the city of Waterloo,
Iowa, Be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be and he is hereby
directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said work and the mayor and
city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf
of the city.
