Be it resolved the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa:
Meet whereas, the Moore—Seig Construction Company, have completed the
eork of constructing sewer on Mulberry street in front o: lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,
block 1 and lots #0 3, 4, 5, 6, blk. 2, Alford's Addition in the city of
Waterloo, Iowa,
Uheieas, the owners of all lots abutting and adjacent to sail described
eroperty did on the llth day o. September, 1916, petition foe said work and
siened a waiver and agreement we.ivine: all preliminary revlutl_one, notices
or other proceedins provided by law, prelinary to and in connectior with the
doine of said work and agreeine', that the cost thereof should be assessed to
the abecttine and adjaeent property as provided by law, and the.t when 80
asseeed the waivers on the aseessieent certifiseetes would be signed by them,
now, therefore
Be it resolved by the city council of the lit ' of Tsterloo, Iowa that
the work of constructine: sewer on said described street ,ee and the Beetle are
herebe accepted, and that the cost thereof provided by law and in aceo dance
with the petition, waiver and agreement of the owners of sai,C, property and
as shown by the Dlat and schedule of the city eneineer rend nee on file in
the office of the city clerk showing the cost and amount to he assessed
against each lot or parcel of ground abutting and adjacent to eeeid described
proeerty.
Be it further resolved that the mayor and, city clerk 'ee and they are hereby
directed to issue serer certificates to the said Moore—Seig construction Co. ,
in aocordAme# with said 1-.71t and schedule to pay the cost o: impro7aeent.
