That the -.rcrx of the Moore-Seig Construction Company on their contract of
September 1st, 1(J16, for the construction of sewer on Fletcher avenue from
Third street to Reber avenue; Reber avenue fro Fletcher to E- clid avenues;
Kern street from Burton to Avon avenues and Archer avenue fro,. Nevada street
to State streets in the city of Wlterlool Iowa, be and the same are hereby
accepted.
Be it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed
to pu'eli,e,h and post notices as required by law, and that the plat, schedule
andre_,ort have been filed by the city engineer as required by la , showing
the cost of constructing said sewer on the st :c its as set forth in said
contract and shcwin: the cost and expense t :; ,e assessed against each lot
or parcel of ground abutting said described streets . Said notice to be
published in the daily newspapers of the city of Waterloo,terloo, Iowa.
