Ee it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized to sign the contract submitted
by Hawkeye Foundry Company, of date November 1S, 1916,
as principal, and E. H. Headford, as surety or guarantor,
parties of the first part, and the City of Waterloo,
party of the second part, for said City of Waterloo,
and carry out the terms thereof on behalf of said city.
