Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterlo3 , Iowa:
That the City Clerk be and he is hereby ordered and directed to cer-
tify to the county Auditor of Black Hawk County, Iowa, a List of leins
as hereinafter named and the said County Auditor shall order the same
to be listed upon the tax lists of the city of Waterloo , Iowa, and
collected as other taxes , as by law provided.

Land to be deeded by quit claim deed from John T. Muldoon to city
of Waterloo Iowa.
Part of a strip of ground between lots 24 and 25, Auditor 's
Bayou Plat, in the city of Waterloo, iosa, described as follows:
All that ground which lies northeast of the northeasterly line
of said lot 24 and southwest of a curved line, which is one foot
distant northeasterly from the northeasterly add;e of the cement
sidewalk located along the northeasterly side of Lafayette street ,
which curved line is further described as being twenty feat distant
at right angles northeasterly from the face of the northesterly
curb along Lafayette street .

A part of lots 23 and 24, Auditor' s Bayou Plat ii the city of
Waterloo, Iowa, described as folloss:
All that ground, which lies southwest of the northeasterly line
bf said lots 33 and 24 and northeastiff# of a curved line, which is
one foot distant northeasterly from the northeasterly edge of the
cement sidewalk located along the northeasterly side of Lafayette
street, which curvod line is further described as being twenty feet
distant at right angles northeasterly from the face of the north-
easterly curb along Lafayette street .
