improved by this council, to-wit:

Whereas objections to the riking of said assessment have not been rade
by any of the owners of said property, now, therefore
Belt resolved by the city council of the city of vterloo, Io7:L, that
there be and there is hereby assessed and levied against the respective lots
and rcela of zround abutin-, said described streets, as shown by said plat
and schedule hereto annexed and male a part hereof the q,nount set opposite
each lot or parcel of ground as shown by srd.l plat, achelul-e and report on
slid above Ascribe ' streets.
