Whereas , it has been deemed necessary and advisable to change the
course of the serer on Beck avenue from Manhard street to Duryea street

date of Au.;3ust 3rd, 1916, now, therefvee
Be it resolved that Beck avenue fro E Amhard street to Duryea street
be stricken fro the contract of the -Moore-SeiFr Construction Co. under
date of Au;z.ust 3rd, 1916, and be it further resolved that the City Clerk
certify a copy of this resolution with the Auditor of BlackHawk County,
Iowa, for the release of the leins affected on the above described street,
