Be It. Resolved By The City Council of the City Of Waterloo,Iowa:
That the purchasing agent of said city is hereby authorized
and directed to procure bids and upon the approval thereof by
the finance committee of the city council to enter into contract
with the successful bidder for the painting of the houseslbarns
andApther buildings used and occupied by the street department
of said city.
