be and the same are hereby rejected.
Be it further resolved that the bid of e, \S \C.eve%,
of Waterloo,Iawa,received,opened and read on the 23rd. ,
day of April, I9I7, for the construction of cement sidewalks as set
forth in said Resolution No,4054,above named,upon which bids have
not been rej ected,be and the same is hereby accepted,;and the bids
of any and all other contracitairs or individuals are hereby re—
jected.
Bet further resolved that the city attorney be and he is
hereby directed to prepare contracts gor the doing of said work
according to the specifications now on file or which are prescribT
ed by ordinance and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said contracts in behalf of the city.
