PESOLUTION NO. L-
Be It Resolved By The City Council Of The City Of Taterloo, Io7ra:
That the contract by and between the City of Waterloo,iowa,
and the Moore-Seig Construction Company of Ilaterloo,Iowa„entered
into on tne VOr- _day of May, I9I7, in accordanace with Resolution
No.3989 passed by said council on November 211916,for the con-
struction of paving on certain railroad crossings in said city,
therein named, is hereby approved,
Re it further resolved that the City Clerk of said city is
hereby authorized and directed to notify the said Moore-SeiE Con-
struction Company to start said construction work under the terms
of said contract at once and the time for completion of said work
is hereby extended under the terms of said contract to on or be-
