That the work of the Moore-Seig Construction Company on their contract
November 27, 1916, for the construction of sewer on Smith street from Lane
Cherry streets, in the city of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
3epted.
it further resolved that the city clerk be and he is hereby directed
publish and post notices as required by law, and that the plat , schedule
d report have been filed by the city engineer as required by law, showing
e cost of constructing said sewer on the street as set forth in said contract
d showing the cost and expense to be assessed against each lot or parcel
ground abutting said described street . Said notices to be published in
e Waterloo Evening Courier and Reporter and the Waterloo Times Tribune.
