Be It Resolvel By The City Council Of The t'dity Of 7 .terlceliomt:.
That whereas the city council in a regular sesion on the
25th.,day of July,A.D.,I88I0and found in Book B. ,pa :e 277 of the
resolution records of said city,did pass a certain r7esoiution
vacating all of the alley twenty(20) feet wide,running in a South—
westerly direction from Nashington street to South Street through
the center of Block Yo.Thirty( 30) ,all in the City of Waterlcolon
the West Side of the Cedar Riger, in the Original Pit.
Now,therefor,be it resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk in
pursuance with said resolution above ascribed are hereby directed
