Be it Resolved, By The City Council Of The City Of '1=TIterloo,Iowa:-
That the bid of the Bryant Asphalt Paving Company of Waterloo,Iwa,received, cpened and read on the 26th.lday of February,
1917,for the construction of paving, curbing and gutter on various

streets as set forth in Resolution No. passed on the
G?K) day of JI911, in the City of 7ater-
loo)Iowalbe and the same is hereby accepted,and any and all other
bids are hereby rejected.
Be it further resolved that the city attorney be and he is
hereby directed to prepare contracts for the doing of said wotk
according to the specifications now on file and the Mayor and
City Clerk ate kereby authorized and directed to. execute Pi said
contracts in behalf of the city.
