Be It Resolved By the City Council of the City of Taterloo,Iowa:-
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
issue a warrant upon the East Sewer Fund of said cite tr. the surge
Fifty-one and forty-sever one hundredths( 5I.47)Dollaro ae a re-
duction of the special assessment made by the City Council of
said city for sewer purposes against Lots Numbers Two(2)and Three
13)in Block Twenty-three(23)Cedar River ?ark Addition to the City
of Waterloc, iosaid sewer being located on Lindale street in
said above named adlition,and said above named amount being in
full settlement of the case of Emma C.Phifer vs.City of 7aterloo,
Iowa,now pending in the diPtr.tot ,_7'curt of BlackHawk County, 16wa.
