RESOLUTION NO. 2013-402
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE AIRPORT
AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN ADOPTED MARCH 4, 2013,
TO MODIFY AN EXISTING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH TOURNIER MANUFACTURING, INC. REDUCING
THE MINIMUM ASSESSMENT FROM $1,000,000.00 TO
$400,000.00, AND ADDING A NEW PROJECT BY
KOELKER PROPERTIES, LLC TO CONSTRUCT A 10,400
SQUARE FOOT BUILDING WITH A MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT OF $352,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to the Airport Area Development Plan adopted
March 4, 2013, to modify an existing Development Agreement with
Tournier Manufacturing, Inc. reducing the minimum assessment from
$1,000,000.00 to $400,000.00, and adding a new project by Koelker
Properties, LLC to construct a 10,400 square foot building with a
minimum assessment of $352,000.00, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 2013.
