Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo, Iowa.
That the work of Hetts & Picken on, their contract of April 24th,
1917, for the construction of sidewalks on Allen, Archer, Ash, Avon,
Bates, Blackhawk, Clough, Dawson, Douglas, Edwards, Eleventh, Euclid,
Oakland, Poplar, Pleasant, and various other streets in the city of
Waterloo, Iowa, '_be and the same is hereby accepted.
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to publish and post notices as required by law, that the
plat, scheaule and report have been filed by the City Engineer as
required by law, showing the cost of constructing said improvements
on the streets as set forth in said contract showing the cost and
expense to be assessed against each lot or parcel of ground abutting
on said described streets . Said notice to be published in the
!aterloo Daily Courier and Reporter and Waterloo Times Tribune.
