it resolved by the city council cf. the city of 7aterloo, Iowa:
That the work of the :Bryant Asphalt Paving Company on their contract
for the work of constructing pavement of Trinidad sheet asphalt on five
inch Portland cement concrete base, on Parker street from the Illinois
Central railway tracks to Logan avznuc in the city of Waterlcr . Iowa, be
and the same is hereb:r accepted.
Be it further resolved that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed
to publish and post notices as required by law, that the plat, schedule and
report have been filed by the city enciner, as reTlired by law, showing
the cost of constructing said improvements on the street as set forth in
said contract showing the cost and expense to he aePessed against each lot
or parcel of ground dbuti;inc and adjacent to said described street . Said
notice to be jAablished in the waterloo Daily Courier and the Waterloo Times—
