Whereas , th City Engineer has this day filed in the office of the
City Clerk, a plat, plan, specifications and estimates for the construc—
tion of se-rer along the following described streets in the city of
Waterloo, Iowa:
On Kern street, from Broadway street
to Fairview avenue to be 15 inches in
diameter; from Fairview avenue to
Grandview avenue to be 12 inches in
diameter.
On Fairview avenue,from Kern street
to Dawson street., to be 10 inches in
diameter; from Kern street to Newton
street to be 1e-inches in diameter.
On Western, avenue from Bertch ave-
nue to Forest avenue to be 12 inches in
diameter.
On Louise street, from East Fourth
street to Boston avenue, to be 12 inches
in diameter.
On Boston avenue from Louise street
to Dale street, to be 10 inches in dia-
meter.
On Forest avenue from Oregon street
to West Eleventh street to be 10 inches
in diameter.
On Mobile street frum Fowler street
north to the alley between Fowler street
and Courtland street to be 8 inches in,
diameter.
On Lane street from Franklin street
north to alley between Franklin street,
and Fowler street to be 8 inches in dia-
meter.
On Broadway street from 200 feet
north of Parke' street to Arlington
street to be 12 inches In diameter.
Whereas , said council has examined said plat, plans, specifications
and estimates , now, therefore
Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Wat,3rl ego, lows,
that the plat, plans, specifications and estimates filed as aforesaid,
be and the same are hereby approved and said improvements are hereby
ordered made in accordance therewith
