Be it resolved by the city council of the city of Waterloo , Iowa :
That upon investigation of the assessment of real estate of
Ella Turner, whose property is known as two hundred twenty-four
South Barclay, and
Whereas , the Board of Review while sitting in Refular Session did
remit one-half of said assessment ; now, therefore
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Waterloo
hereby recommend to the Board of Supervisors of Black Hawk County that
all taxes of Ella Turner described and known as Lot four (4) Krapfel sub-
divison should be all remitted.
Passed March 29 , 1918 .
