Be It Resolved By the City Coundil• af the City of 7raterIco,Iowa:
That whereas,J.F.Williams,was employed by the city council•
of said city as special_ council in the trial of the case in the
District Court of BlackHawk County of the Waterloo,Cedar Falls
& Northern Railway Company vs.The City of Waterloo,Iowa„and
whereas his bill for services has been properly audited and ap—
proved by the fnance committee the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby axilthorized and directed to issue a City Warrant in the
sum of Two Thousand($2,000.00)Dollars in full payment of said
legal services rendered by the said J.E.Williams.
