Whereas , It has been learned through reliable sources ,
that Mrs. Elizabeth Owens is one worthy of a remission of her
taxes, now, therefore
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo , Iowa, that we hereby recommend to the honorable
members of the board of supervisors of Black Hawk County, Iowa,
that all taxes of the said Mrs. Elisabeth Owens be remitted.
